ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Noelle is an award-winning Director/Musical Director/Performer, Vocal Teacher and Adjudicator who began performing at age two. Favorite roles portrayed are Eponine (Les Miserables), Audrey (Little Shop of Horrors), Maria (West Side Story), Jo (Little Women) and Harper (Angels in America). Favorite titles directed are Les Miserables and Beauty and the Beast. Favorite associate directed are Sweeney Todd and Evita. Founding programs in honor of her mother with over 2 decades of directing, ministry, and teaching experience in CA, NYC, NJ, Africa, Argentina, Europe and Mexico she has taught performers from novice and special needs to professional. Inclusive of those with Broadway credits and UK Pop Chart placements, guiding in a myriad of venues including founding the Musical Theatre Student Organization at CSUSM directing the first musicals produced at the University. Continuing professionally with such companies as Segerstrom Center for the Arts and Disney Theatrical Group. She trained faculties in Music and Theatre as well as Directed Vocal, Theatre and Arts Education Departments simultaneously. Additionally as a Music Teacher for many schools over the decades she is an Arts Education advocate and has developed Music Education programs in the States as well as for two schools in Kenya creating sustainable programs while creating full time positions for local Music Teachers. With a BA in VPA: Music, Theatre; Arts Ed Noelle Marie is an alum of Directors Lab West, Broadway Teachers Workshop, and is a Teaching Artist for CA Center for the Arts.
